NICHOLAS BEREND WANTED FOR: Outstanding         Felony Warrant Alias: N/A                 Race: White Age: 27 yrs.              Sex: Male Height: 5’ 7”             Weight: 155 lbs Hair: Blonde            Eyes: Gray Scars, marks or tattoos: Tattoo of a three headed dog on right arm.  Summary: Nicholas Berend is wanted for an outstanding felony warrant for 11378 H&S (Possession of a controlled substance for sale).  He is known to frequent the City of Hayward and the Tri-Cities.  Agency: Union City Police Department Jose “Baby” Hernandez WANTED FOR:  Double Homicide Alias: Baby Hernandez Race: Black                Age: 19 yrs. Sex: Male                    Height:  5’ 5” Weight:  150 lbs          Hair:    Black Eyes:  Brown Scars, marks or tattoos: N/A Summary:  Alameda County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Via Amigos and Via Milos in San Lorenzo.  Upon arrival, deputies found three people suffering from gunshot wounds.  Fernando Lopez age 24 and Sergio Franco age 22 were both pronounced dead.  A sixteen year old male was also shot in the leg and was treated and released.  Jose “Baby” Hernandez has been named and identified as the shooter.  Jose “Baby” Hernandez is considered armed and extremely dangerous.  This agency currently holds a no bail warrant for two counts of murder on Hernandez.   Agency: Alameda County Sheriff’s Report #: 07-1339
